Common questions
What counts as a send?
Each recipient is one send. A batch to 1,000 addresses = 1,000 sends. CC and BCC count too.
Shared vs. dedicated IP — what’s the difference?
On shared IPs (under 500k/mo) your reputation is pooled with vetted senders. From 500k/mo we move you to a dedicated IP, which you control entirely.
What is Pay-as-you-go?
Instead of committing to a monthly volume, you pay only for the emails you send. Ideal for unpredictable or seasonal patterns.
Do unused emails roll over?
No. Allowances reset on the first of each month. If your volume fluctuates, consider Pay-as-you-go billing.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
We don’t drop your sends. You’re billed at the next-tier rate for the overage volume.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I change my billing currency?
Currency is set when you subscribe and cannot be changed mid-subscription. Cancel and re-subscribe in the new currency.
Do you offer non-profit / startup discounts?
Yes — 50% off for verified non-profits, and 6 months of Professional free for YC, Antler and Techstars companies.
What’s NOT included in the price?
Premium support tiers and extra dedicated IPs are separate add-ons. Everything else is included on every paid plan.
